Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sociorise (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and all associated services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using Sociorise, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our services.

Sociorise is a social media marketing panel that provides growth services including followers, likes, views and comments for major social media platforms. These Terms apply to all users — individual customers, business accounts and resellers.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website.

👤 Account Terms

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our services
  • You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
  • You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
  • Accounts created by bots or automated methods will be permanently banned

  • We never require your social media account password — only your public profile URL
  • Service quality and delivery time may vary based on order size and platform conditions
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice
  • We may impose usage limits on certain services to maintain quality
⚠️ Platform Risk: While our services are designed to be safe, buying social media engagement technically violates most platform terms of service. We take every precaution, but we cannot guarantee 100% immunity from platform actions. Use our services at your own discretion.

💳 Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in USD ($) and subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required before delivery begins. A payment link is sent within 2 hours of order placement
  • We accept: Visa, Mastercard, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency and Account Balance
  • Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant processors. We do not store full card details
  • Account balance can be added anytime and used for instant order payment
  • Withdrawals are available via EasyPaisa, JazzCash and Bank Transfer (minimum $5)
  • Fraudulent payment attempts will result in permanent account ban

  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed

  • If delivery is delayed beyond our stated timeframe, you are eligible for a refund

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Sociorise shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities
  • Account suspension or bans imposed by social media platforms
  • Delays caused by platform algorithm changes or technical issues
  • Damages arising from unauthorized account access (where you failed to secure your credentials)
ℹ️ Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We never accept liability beyond the transaction value.

🔒 Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

  • Violate any part of these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
  • Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Abuse our support team or other users
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@sociorise.com. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.

🌐 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

📝 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes:

  • We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
  • We will send an email notification to all registered users
  • We will display a prominent notice on our website for 30 days
